TWO TEAMS FACE ELIMINATION TONIGHT

The 2024 Pioneer League Playoffs roll on tonight with two teams facing elimination in their series.

The Ballers return to Raimondi Park tonight in Oakland, CA for game two of their three game series against the Yolo High Wheelers. The High Wheelers took game one in Yolo with a commanding 14-4 victory on Tuesday night. The bullpen was the difference maker in game one with Yolo relievers pitching four total innings and only allowing two hits. Oakland will need to win tonight to keep their Championship dreams alive.

After dropping game one to the Glacier Range Riders, the Missoula PaddleHeads will need to rebound tonight in front of the home crowd in order to force a game three. In a tightly contested game one, the Range Riders edged out the Missoula PaddleHeads 4-2 at Glacier Bank Park on Tuesday night, thanks in large part to the performance of their starting pitcher Patrick Wicklander.
