Each week, the Pioneer League will recognize one hitter and one pitcher whose performance led their teams. The Players of the Week awards highlight the top contributors across the league during the 2025 season.

Pitcher of the Week: Brendan Beard, (RHP) Missoula PaddleHeads
Brendan Beard delivered a historic outing this week, throwing a complete game shutout while allowing just one hit and striking out 12. In what has been hailed as the best pitching performance in team history, Beard was nearly untouchable across nine dominant innings, showcasing elite command and poise on the mound. His dominant outing not only secured the win but also propelled him into the league's top ten in strikeouts this season, now sitting at 62.
Hitter of the Week: Adam Fogel, (OF), Missoula PaddleHeads
Adam Fogel delivered a dominant week at the plate, going 15-for-24 with seven home runs, 17 RBIs, and 12 runs scored across six games. His .625 batting average and 1.542 slugging percentage helped power the PaddleHeads' offense and put him at number two of the league's home run leaderboard. The reigning Pioneer League MVP looks to make history again as he inches toward matching his record-breaking 35-home-run season in 2024.
