PBL Players of the Week - Week 4

Each week, the Pioneer League will recognize one hitter and one pitcher whose performance led their teams. The Players of the Week awards highlight the top contributors across the league during the 2025 season.

Pitcher of the Week: Ty Bothwell, (LHP), Glacier Range Riders

Ty Bothwell turned in a dominant performance on the way to the Player of the Week award. He pitched 7.2 innings of shutout baseball, allowing just 4 hits and 2 walks while striking out 11. Bothwell led the Pioneer League in innings pitched, ERA, and strikeouts.

Hitter of the Week: Evan Scavotto, (UTL), Grand Junction Jackalopes

Evan Scavotto mashed his way to Player of the Week honors by going 10-for-23 with 3 doubles, 4 home runs, and 10 RBI. His 4 home runs contributed to a league-leading 1.087 slugging percentage. On top of his elite power, Scavotto also led the Pioneer League by reaching base safely 19 times and scoring 13 runs.
