Each week, the Pioneer League will recognize one hitter and one pitcher whose performance led their teams. The Players of the Week awards highlight the top contributors across the league during the 2025 season.

 Week Eight: July 7 - July 13, 2025

Pitcher of the Week: Daniel Batcher, (LHP), Great Falls Voyagers

Daniel Batcher turned in a Herculean performance to earn Pitcher of the Week honors, going the distance in a complete game victory against Idaho Falls. The lefty allowed just 1 earned run and scattered 6 hits and 1 walk. His 8 strikeouts were ranked fourth for the week.

Hitter of the Week: Tyler Shelnut, (UTL), Billings Mustangs

Tyler Shelnut powered his way to Player of the Week honors, going 12-for-20 with 4 doubles, 5 home runs, 13 RBI, and 8 runs scored. Shelnut paced the Pioneer League in batting average, on-base percentage, and slugging percentage. His 9 extra-base hits led the league, and his 13 RBI ranked second. He also added 3 stolen bases for good measure.
